• P&C Insurance Domain Expertise – strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance processes such as Policy Administration, Claims, and Underwriting, and ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Business Analysis & Requirement Management – proven experience in requirement elicitation, documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories), stakeholder management, and facilitating workshops using structured BA methodologies.
• Data Analysis & Process Modeling – ability to analyze data and identify trends.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum delivery methodology and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks in insurance.
