Join a growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) where no two days are the same! We're looking for a customer-focused Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support to a variety of business clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong troubleshooting skills who enjoys working directly with end users in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:- Provide Level 1 & 2 desktop and help desk support for Windows environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and permissions in Active Directory
- Configure, image, deploy, and repair desktops and laptops
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues efficiently
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Outlook troubleshooting
- Active Directory user administration experience
- Hardware setup, imaging, and break/fix support experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Previous MSP experience is a plus, but not required
