Top Prospect Group is seeking a Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician to deliver hands-on technical support across Windows environments in a fast-paced MSP setting. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and networking, while supporting Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook and managing AD user accounts.
Strong communication and customer service skills are essential; MSP experience is a plus but not required. This is an onsite, full-time role with a starting salary around $60K+.
