Job Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our company, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- - Plan, organize, and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met
- - Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- - Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
- - Communicate project progress, updates, and issues to stakeholders and team members
- - Conduct regular project meetings and provide status reports to senior management
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
- - Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring they are within approved limits
- - Monitor and track project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
- - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and productivity
- - Participate in the recruitment and training of project team members as needed
- - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- - Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- - Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
- - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- - Excellent time management and organizational skills
- - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- - Proficient in project management software and tools
- - Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- - PMP certification is a plus
