We’re looking for a hands‑on
Project Manager
to help lead our Road Division and keep projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations for pavement marking and roadway safety projects.
  • Plan work, schedule crews, and coordinate equipment and materials.
  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and keep jobs on schedule.
  • Lead and support field teams; ensure clear communication and safe operations.
  • Work closely with clients, inspectors, and internal teams to keep projects moving.
  • Identify issues early, solve problems quickly, and keep work compliant with DOT and company standards.
  • Monitor performance, quality, and safety throughout each project.
  • Close out projects with accurate documentation and lessons learned.

Schedule

This is a full‑time, in‑person role with seasonal variation.

  • Off‑Season (Jan–Mar):~40 hours/week
  • In‑Season (Mar–Dec):40+ hours/week, including required overtime
  • Core hours:8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    , Monday–Friday
