You Are:
You are a strong leader who brings structure, discipline, and clarity to complex SAP transformation programs.
You thrive in dynamic environments and know how to translate program objectives into actionable plans that teams can execute successfully . You help translate phase gate expectations and readiness criteria into actionable plans, coordinating across work streams to validate progress, identify gaps, and ensure teams are prepared for upcoming milestones and delivery decisions. You effectively balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, helping drive outcomes while ensuring alignment across stakeholders, work streams, and delivery teams.
You build trust quickly with teammates, client stakeholders, and partners through your professionalism, reliability, and ability to deliver results. You collaborate effectively across business, functional, technical, testing, deployment, change, and PMO teams to identify dependencies, resolve challenges, and keep the program moving forward.
You enjoy solving complex problems and continuously look for ways to improve processes, simplify work, and increase program efficiency. You are comfortable operationalizing program management frameworks and toolsets such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Power BI, automation, Agentic AI, and GenAI-enabled capabilities to improve visibility, enhance quality, accelerate delivery, strengthen governance, and reduce administrative effort.
You stay current on SAP capabilities, delivery methodologies, and program management leading practices. You are comfortable translating delivery frameworks, requirements, and operating models into structured execution plans, standardized routines, and practical tool-enabled ways of working that teams can adopt and use with confidence.

The Work:
+ Lead a PMO function or program management workstream, ensuring effective execution of governance activities, reporting, planning, communications, and stakeholder management processes.
+ Establish and continuously improve ways of working, tools, governance processes, and reporting structures tailored to the client's needs and aligned with SAP delivery leading practices and Accenture methodologies.
+ Partner across delivery leadership, enablement teams, and work streams to operationalize Accenture program management frameworks and toolsets, including Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Power BI, standardized templates, governance routines, and reporting cadences that enable consistent operational execution.
+ Manage and coordinate program activities across multiple work streams, helping ensure alignment on scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, and overall program objectives .
+ Coordinate phase gate and readiness activities across work streams, validating progress against defined entry and exit criteria, tracking required evidence, identifying readiness gaps, and driving owners to closure ahead of key milestones and governance decisions.
+ Lead your team with clear direction, coaching, and hands-on support, removing obstacles, fostering accountability, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to client and internal stakeholders within your area of responsibility, providing recommendations, communicating program insights, and supporting effective decision-making.
