We are looking for a self-driven Supervisor with integrity who will manage agricultural crews in orchard operations. The role involves supervising up to 25 workers, coordinating orchard activities, ensuring safety, maintaining quality control, and driving production.

• Supervise and coordinate activities for Stemilters engaged in cultivating, pruning, spraying, thinning, propping, and harvesting tree crops.
• Manage 1 or more subordinate crews and oversee a total of 1 to 25 Stemilters and non-supervisory workers.
• Interview, hire, train, appraise performance and discipline staff.
• Plan and assign work, schedule employees, and monitor work progress.
• Inspect harvested fruit for bruises, maturity, and defects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Operate heavy machinery such as dump truck, tractor, and tiller.
• Prepare daily tally sheets of worker hours and production.
• Address complaints, resolve problems, and enforce safety protocols.
• Analyze work problems and help crew solve them.
• Maintain quality control standards and adjust operations to meet production goals.
• Contribute to the team and company in additional requested tasks.

• Regularly walk, talk, hear, taste, or smell; be exposed to outdoor weather; lift and move up to 25 lbs.
• Frequently use hands, handle materials, be exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes; lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally stand/stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl; be exposed to wet/humid conditions, toxic chemicals, extreme cold; lift and move up to 100 lbs.

1 to 2 years related experience and/or training.
