CNC Milling Operator

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our valued aerospace manufacturing clients for an experienced CNC Milling Operator
. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with precision machining experience who are looking to join a stable, high-quality manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC milling equipment, performing quality inspections, and producing precision‑machined components while meeting strict aerospace standards.

• Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision aerospace components.

• Operate vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers.

• Run 3‑axis, 4‑axis, and 5‑axis CNC milling machines.

• Perform in‑process inspections using precision measuring equipment.

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.

• Verify parts meet customer specifications and quality standards.

• Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures.

• Minimum of 3 years of CNC milling operator experience
  .

• Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

• Experience operating:

  • Vertical CNC mills

  • Horizontal CNC mills

  • 3‑axis, 4‑axis, and 5‑axis machining centers

• Proficient with precision measuring instruments, including:

  • Micrometers

  • Swing gauges

  • Calipers

  • Other inspection equipment

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.

• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Stand and walk for extended periods.

• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.

• Work safely in a manufacturing environment.

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Night Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
