Assembly Technician

Precision is at the core of everything we build. We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Assembly Technician to assemble, fit, and test complex mechanical and electromechanical components.

This role is centered on ultra-high-precision work. You will work directly with engineered blueprints and tight-tolerance subassemblies where exact fit, precise alignment, and meticulous attention to detail are critical.

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

• Mechanical Build:
  Assemble precision parts, subassemblies, and final machine systems using hand and power tools.
• Fitting and Alignment:
  Perform scraping, alignment, and fine-adjustments of tight-tolerance mechanical components.
• Blueprint Reading:
  Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, mechanical schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Quality Control:
  Use precision measuring instruments (such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators) to verify conformance to strict tolerances.
• Troubleshooting:
  Identify and resolve mechanical fit or assembly issues and recommend process adjustments.
