Physician Assistant​/Oncology​/Connecticut​/Locum Tenens​/Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner; RNFA

Physician Assistant or RNFA Nurse Practitioner needed for a full time Thoracic Oncology Surgical position in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will provide inpatient clinical services to patients presenting with both benign and Oncological lung, esophageal, and foregut conditions. New grads may apply. Hiring as of 8/24/2025.

Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner:
Roles | Responsibilities:

• Provide initial consults, follow-ups, treatment plans, for Thoracic surgical patients.
• Provide First Assist Thoracic Surgical services to patients at 1 inpatient setting in Bridgeport, CT.
• Provide rounding floor coverage for post-operative patients.
• Collaborate with other Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Thoracic Surgeons, and clinical staff to provide optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize and become proficient in EMR (Electronic Medical Records).

Days / Hours / Compensation / Benefits:

• Days / Hours based on surgical vs. outpatient clinic days
• Monday - Thursday (4x10s) - No Fridays
• No weekends or call
• Salary commensurate with experience
