An established outpatient primary care practice in Gales Ferry, Connecticut is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology NP (AGPCNP) to join a collaborative team serving southeastern Connecticut.
This role offers a 4-day work week
, outpatient-only setting, and strong work-life balance.
Providers deliver comprehensive primary care, including sick visits, wellness exams, chronic disease management, and some gynecologic services.
New graduates are welcome
, making this an excellent opportunity for early-career NPs seeking mentorship and long-term growth in a supportive practice environment.
- Conduct comprehensive outpatient primary care visits
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Provide preventive care and health maintenance
- Deliver limited gynecologic care within scope
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation
- Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
- Outpatient or primary care experience preferred
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Outpatient-only setting
- Comprehensive benefits + CME allowance
- Salary: $130,000–$140,000 annual
