If you have strong clinical experience and a passion for pediatric care, this is an opportunity to work one‑on‑one with patients while maintaining flexibility and professional support. Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is highly desirable.

• Minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience
• Pediatric home health experience strongly preferred
• Active Connecticut LPN license
• Current BLS certification (Pediatric BLS preferred)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X‑ray within five years if previously positive
