Dialysis Registered Nurse RN - FLOAT

DaVita is seeking a full-time Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) – FLOAT to support/outpatient dialysis centers. This position will support/float to multiple DaVita Dialysis facilities throughout the region. The ideal candidate must be comfortable floating between locations within a 30-40 minute radius of Bridgeport, CT.

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
• Float to nearby clinics in Region as needed

• Fast-paced, hands‑on environment

• Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Training may occur at a clinic other than your home location
• Full-Time schedule working 3–4 days/week, 10-12-14 hour shifts (alternating Saturdays) –
  Sunday’s off

• RN license in the state of practice
• At least 6+ months dialysis experience is required
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation for potential floating

• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
