DaVita is seeking a full‑time Dilaysis Registered Nurse (RN) - FLOAT who is looking to give life in an Outpatient Dialysis Center!

This position will support or float to multiple DaVita Dialysis facilities throughout the Region. The ideal candidate must be comfortable floating between locations within a 30 to 40‑minute radius of the Bridgeport, CT area.

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
• Float to nearby clinics in the Region as needed

• Fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
• Long‑term patient relationships
• Broad nursing skill application with medically complex patients
• Paid training provided

• Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Training may occur at a clinic other than your home location
• Full‑time schedule working 3–4 days/week, 10 - 12 - 14 hour shifts (alternating Saturdays) – Sunday’s off

• RN license in the state of practice
• At least 6+ months dialysis experience is required
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation for potential floating

• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
