Family Practice​/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Physician Assistant (PA-C) OR Nurse Practitioner Hartford CT

Part-Time 1-3 Days per Week

$80-$90 per Hour + Performance Bonus

We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team on a part-time basis 1-3 days per week at our office in Hartford CT. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider with an interest in orthopedic and musculoskeletal medicine who enjoys helping patients improve function, reduce pain, and help they meet their health and wellness goals.

The ideal candidate has experience in orthopedics, physical medicine, family medicine, or sports medicine. Experience with joint injections is preferred, although additional procedural training is available.

• Perform comprehensive orthopedic and musculoskeletal evaluations
• Obtain medical histories and conduct focused physical examinations
• Review and interpret imaging studies, including X-rays and MRIs
• Develop diagnoses and individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options and expected outcomes
• Assist with regen medicine procedures (training provided)
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Connecticut PA or NP license
• Experience in orthopedics, musculoskeletal medicine, physical medicine & rehabilitation, sports medicine, or family medicine preferred
• Procedure training preferred but we can train the right candidate

• $80-$90 per hour + Performance-based bonus opportunity
