Elara Caring is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse in Behavioral Health to join our home health team in Bridgeport, CT. You will follow individualized care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs to adjust care as patient needs evolve. Travel between patient homes is required with a valid driver’s license.
We require an active LPN/LVN license, nursing program graduation, and at least 1 year of clinical care experience. Hospice/home health experience is preferred.
