Clinical Leader

Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Leader to guide high-quality patient care within our integrated healthcare system. In this role, you will oversee daily clinical operations, support care teams, and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. You will mentor clinicians, coordinate patient care plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrators to improve outcomes and patient experience.

The Clinical Leader also drives quality improvement initiatives, supports staff education, and helps implement new technologies and workflows in a compassionate, team-focused environment.
