Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with physicians' orders and care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
• Perform routine assessments, document vital signs, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and ongoing care needs
• Support a safe, compassionate environment aligned with Hartford Healthcare standards
• Use electronic medical records and follow clinical protocols and regulations
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
