Key Responsibilities Conduct and document detailed property market value analyses and prepare comprehensive appraisal reports Review escalated AMC valuations and ensure compliance with appraisal standards and regulations Lead training initiatives and mentor staff to promote continuous development and uphold appraisal standards
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required;
Master's Degree preferred 6-10 years of real estate appraisal experience required State Certification, Residential or General License required Knowledge of USPAP and Appraiser Independence Requirements Proficient knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
