Pizza Maker
- Prepares pizza dough, sauces & various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions & meats.
- Monitors the temperature of the pizza ovens & cooking times.
- Prepares high-quality pizzas according to company recipes.
- Monitors inventory & places orders for more supplies as needed.
- Cleans workstations before pizza preparation.
- Ensures that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use.
- Plates or packages pizzas accordingly.
- Manages all food order slips & ensures that customers' orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Disposes of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.
Requirements: 6 months experience as pizza maker.
