The Team Leader is responsible for supporting the management team by demonstrating leadership, providing a positive work environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

• Assist the manager/assistant manager with daily operations, employee activities, and other tasks as needed.
• Support business operations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues involving customer relations.
• Oversee and monitor loss prevention methods, including protection of company assets.
• Assist in training and development of new sales associates.
• Perform duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• High level of integrity.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with personal computer and company communication tools such as e‑mail, Internet, and Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook).

Ability to lift 10–35 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 55 lbs.; must be able to push or pull equipment and move items as required.
