What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home policies
  • Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
  • Manage an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
  • Maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
  • Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing full attention to customers
  • High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum speeds and hard-wired connections
  • Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus for enhanced communication and potential additional compensation
