- Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
- Comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections in a sales environment
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment handling 30-40 inbound calls daily
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High-speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements
- Inbound sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish-English skill set is advantageous
