Sales Representative – Patient Care

As a Sales Representative at Stryker, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling our Acute Care products, focusing on Patient Care solutions, to healthcare providers. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, handle inquiries, negotiate pricing, and manage orders.

By staying informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts you will position Stryker’s products effectively. You will target and exceed sales goals, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing and support teams.

• Continue experience in sales or a clinical setting.
• Promote and sell Stryker Patient Care products to meet customers’ needs.
• Become an expert in Patient Care as you work with surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by solving problems through a consultative approach.
• Take pride in cost reduction and commit to on‑time, complete, error‑free shipments.
• Display experience with reports, budget, customer service, and project management.
• Have basic knowledge of market research, new product introduction, profit and loss (P&L) management, and field testing.

• Required: High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.

• A valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a good driving record is required.
• You may be required to move, set up and demonstrate equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• May involve prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling.
• Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movement with grip and cognitive demands.
• May handle materials such as durcot fabric, nylon fabric, Velcro, zippers, and product components of rubber, metal, and coated materials.
• Depending on customer requirements you may be required to obtain various vaccinations as an essential function of the role.

$60,000 base salary. Eligible for commission and bonuses.
