Territory Sales - Manufacturer's RepThe leadership of a manufacturer's rep agency asked Hirene Xus to help them hire a key salesperson in the Connecticut. This person will carry the title of Sales Representative and be responsible for driving sales for multiple manufacturers through a dynamic territory.
Key Responsibilities- Grow Revenue
:
Drive sales growth by promoting our full product portfolio within your assigned territory. - Prospect Strategically
:
Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach and relationship development. - Build & Maintain Relationships
:
Strengthen connections with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long‑term loyalty. - Become a Product Expert
:
Develop a thorough understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. - Train and Educate
:
Conduct engaging product training sessions for distributors and end‑users, emphasizing use cases and value. - Communicate Effectively
:
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, customers, and business partners. - Deliver Market Insights
:
Report customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and emerging opportunities to leadership and manufacturing partners.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute strategic sales initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to master product knowledge, manufacturing processes, and customer industries.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
