Territory Sales - Manufacturer's Rep

The leadership of a manufacturer's rep agency asked Hirene Xus to help them hire a key salesperson in the Connecticut. This person will carry the title of Sales Representative and be responsible for driving sales for multiple manufacturers through a dynamic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow Revenue
    :
    Drive sales growth by promoting our full product portfolio within your assigned territory.
  • Prospect Strategically
    :
    Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach and relationship development.
  • Build & Maintain Relationships
    :
    Strengthen connections with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.
  • Become a Product Expert
    :
    Develop a thorough understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Train and Educate
    :
    Conduct engaging product training sessions for distributors and end‑users, emphasizing use cases and value.
  • Communicate Effectively
    :
    Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, customers, and business partners.
  • Deliver Market Insights
    :
    Report customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and emerging opportunities to leadership and manufacturing partners.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute strategic sales initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Eagerness to master product knowledge, manufacturing processes, and customer industries.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
