Sales Development Representative (SDR) – East Coast Region
We’re looking for problem solvers, innovators, and dreamers who excel at challenging the status‑quo and engaging executives and line‑of‑business professionals. The role is an extension of the Field Sales organization, focused on generating qualified sales opportunities from marketing‑generated leads, inbound interest, and outbound prospecting. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, establish prospecting plans for strategic accounts, manage small deals and renewals, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Respond to marketing‑generated leads, inbound interest, and execute targeted outbound prospecting.
- Establish prospecting plans for strategic accounts to uncover new business and grow existing customers.
- Manage small deals and renewals within assigned territories.
- Closely collaborate with Account Executives to nurture and advance opportunities.
- Execute 50+ daily outbound dials and maintain accurate prospecting activity in the CRM.
- 1‑3 years of B2B enterprise software telesales or business development experience.
- Consultative and solution‑selling expertise, with a history of managing a large territory and high volume of leads.
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Experience in account mapping and developing prospecting strategies.
- Systematic, self‑directed, and able to prioritize multiple work streams.
- Perseverance and ability to handle objections and rejection.
- Thrives in a competitive team environment and can hit the ground running.
- College degree preferred; experience in selling enterprise software solutions, Business Intelligence, or Analytics software is desirable.
This full‑time, traditional office position offers a base salary range of $50,000‑$55,000 per year, plus variable compensation based on lead conversion, pipeline generation, and quota attainment (70/30 split). Additional compensation may be earned.
