Moran Agencies is hiring a Bilingual Life Insurance Sales Representative in Bridgeport, CT. This is a full-time career opportunity with a base salary, uncapped commission, full benefits, and paid training. No prior insurance experience required. • Educate individuals and families about life insurance and financial protection
• Build lasting relationships with clients through calls, meetings, and follow-up
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and company-provided leads
• Conduct insurance needs analyses and recommend the right coverage
• Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy servicing
• Track client interactions and manage your pipeline in our CRM
• Spot cross-sell opportunities across home, auto, commercial insurance, mortgage, tax, and real estate

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
• Comfortable learning basic computer/CRM systems
• Active Life Insurance License preferred, or willing to obtain one
• Prior sales, retail, banking, or customer service experience a plus - not required
