Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a sales strategy for assigned territory and customer base.
- Drive territory penetration with effective call planning, time management, and accurate forecasting.
- Increase utilization via product demonstrations, and customer training/education on indications, contradictions, and safety.
- Execute launch installation action plans; leverage reward programs/enrollment tools to drive consumable usage.
- Coordinate user meetings/intro workshops; support trade shows and workshops.
- Develop and maintain key relationships; identify new customers and expand existing base; conduct business evaluations/reviews.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on industry and competitive products.
- Maintain consistent communication/collaboration with surgical and non-surgical specialists, marketing, and clinical counterparts.
- Generate leads and cross-selling opportunities for Capital Equipment Specialists.
- Prepare sales contracts (terms, quotes, pricing).
- Manage administrative tasks: quarterly business plans, account profiles/customer database, expense reports.
- Build customer loyalty through superior service, communication, and maximizing customer contact.
- High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience required.
- Experience selling consumables/medical products to plastic surgeons or dermatologists in an FDA-regulated environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, surgical techniques, and procedures.
Skills:
- Ability to communicate product attributes and influence/close.
- Strong planning/organizational skills; agile time management and priority setting.
- Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present clinical/technical info to providers and groups.
- Ability to connect with employees at all levels.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- Travel ~75% (may include overnights/weekends for trade shows/local events).
- Ability to transport up to 60 lbs of equipment.
- Technical acumen to use software and basic hardware.
Starting base pay range: $90K–$120K; eligible for annual bonus and/or sales incentive plan.
