Requirements:10+ years diesel experience (must-have)
Advanced expertise in hydraulics, electrical, and diagnostics (must-have)
Valid driver's license (must-have)
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex issues in the field (must-have)
Own tools preferred (must-have)
Commercial Driver's License for fleet trucks and trailers (Not required but preferred)
Spanish bilingual (Not required but preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:$45–$55/hour (based on experience)50% paid family health insurance
Flexible vacation after 1 year Christmas bonus
Uniforms provided
Tool/boot allowance (negotiable)
Flexible truck take-home policy for the right candidate
Equipment available for personal projects at no charge
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PMNo on-call requirements
Occasional weekend work (scheduled in advance)
Overtime after 40 hours per week#MHA
