Summary:
Perform general maintenance duties and assist with emergent weather conditions.
Reports To:Facilities Supervisor, Director of Facility Services
Titles Supervised:N/A
Shift/Hours:
7am-3pm 37.5 hrs./week
Essential Responsibilities:Education:
High School Diploma or GED Trade School preferred or knowledge of the trade's equivalent to 4 years vocational school training
Experience:1-2 years of related experience is required
Licensure:CT State Motor Vehicle Driver's License
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Ability to handle multiple demands and deadlines;
Ability to read and communicate effectively.
