Job Snapshot:Our valued team of Construction Technicians are responsible for general construction labor such as basic plumbing, ceiling tiles, woodworking, painting, and ceramic tile work for company operated locations that are undergoing a remodel. A detailed list of duties, responsibilities, and physical requirements is provided in the official Job Description for this role.
Qualifications- 2 years of ceramic tile work and general maintenance experience required.
- Woodworking, sheetrock replacement, building interior walls, flooring, tilework.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Able to lift/move up to 80lbs (boxes, packages, 5 gallon pails)
- Able to withstand odors, dust, cleaning products, paint, oils, gasoline fumes
- Able to climb ladders to 40 feet with no fear of height
- Operation of maintenance tools: sander, saws, power drill, screw gun, hand tools
- Able to maintain extended periods of sitting, standing, reaching, bending
