Community Health Resources in Connecticut is seeking a Youth Worker for the Sub-Acute Residential program in Norwich. This full-time role (40 hours/week) runs Sunday through Thursday, 4pm–12am, supporting youth through crisis stabilization and recovery within a trauma-informed framework.
Responsibilities include supervising the program environment, assisting with medications per policy, coordinating with families and providers, facilitating groups, and maintaining documentation.
