Under the hierarchical authority of the Head of EEJ, the Director of ALSH and extracurricular activities, the agent ensures their duties of supervision and animation of extracurricular activities.

• Ensure the moral, physical and emotional safety of the children
• Ensure compliance with the rules of life of the structure
• Be available, listen to the children while facilitating exchanges and sharing
• Be a mediator within the group of children: manage conflicts
• Arrange spaces according to the activities offered and the needs of the children while respecting the legislation
• Provide first aid care and implement the intervention protocol if necessary: call the emergency services and the families then the EEJ service
• Ensure supervision in school restaurants and ensure the smooth running of meals
• Supervise the morning and/or evening reception according to the defined procedure
• Apply the internal regulations of the extracurricular times
• Report all difficulties encountered with their public to the head of the extracurricular or the service head
• Respect the instructions of the head, respect the surveillance posts and the organization put in place
• Know the safety protocols of the establishment (PPMS)
• Ensure the supervision of the children in the transports

• Participate in the elaboration of the pedagogical project
• Plan and organize leisure activities adapting them to the age of the children and in connection with the project of the structure
• Propose different and varied modes of intervention adapted to the public
• Participate in the acquisition of the child's autonomy respecting the child's life rhythms
• Accompany, realize and evaluate the actions proposed to the children

• Participate actively in team meetings
• Work in team: share and exchange your knowledge and your skills, communicate and propose your project ideas
• Maintain daily and courteous relations with colleagues, partners and families
• Share the information in your possession with the animation team and report to the head of all particular situations
• Participate in the cleaning of the material and in the maintenance of the premises intended for the ALSH
• Use the material and equipment of the welcome in a pertinent way, participate to the inventory and to the orders of the material

Qualification:

BAFA or equivalent desired;
Experience desired in the sector of the supervision of children.

Technical skills:

• Know the bases of the physical, psychological and emotional development of the child
• Know the bases of the evolution and the behaviors of the child
• Master the techniques of help to the acquisition of the autonomy of the child
• Master the techniques of animation of activities adapted to the capacities of the child according to his age
• Have basic notions of pedagogy and infant psychology
• Master the techniques of use of the pedagogical material put at the disposal of the children
• Have basic notions of nutrition
• Have basic notions of body hygiene
• Know the techniques of application of first medical care
• Master the techniques of maintenance and disinfection of the premises and equipment intended for the children
• Know and identify the actors of the protection of the childhood, the institutional actors and associative
• Master the techniques of gestures and postures at work

Relational skills:

• Have a correct and exemplary conduct (verbal and vestimentary)
• Master the techniques of communication: be attentive, treat the information and render account
• Show patience, diplomacy and pedagogy
• Be able to pay attention to the children
• Be able to detect the signs of alert in the behaviors of the child and master the procedures to follow if necessary
• Be able to work in team

Organizational skills:

• Show organization, vigilance and methodology in his work
• Be able to work carefully and cleanly

Experience desired: at least 1 year on similar post.

Art. L332-14 of the general code of the public function - A contractual employee may be recruited on this position in the waiting of recruitment of a civil servant. The proposed contract cannot exceed one year, renewable within the limit of a total duration of 2 years.
