Food savers Corp is a start-up non-profit software company working to develop a software platform to facilitate the establishment of hyper local food charity distribution networks. The platform, "Food Savers", will aim to address food system inefficiencies by integrating data driven donations into an easy-to-use mobile application and desktop portal.
Volunteer Role:Flutterflow App Development & Testing
Help bring the Food savers App to life on the Flutterflow platform.
Role OverviewFood savers Corp is seeking volunteers to support the design, development, and testing of the Food savers App using the Flutterflow platform
. This role is central to ensuring that our app’s user interface and functionality work seamlessly, while integrating smoothly with the Supabase backend.
- Build, design, and test application screens in Flutterflow.
- Implement and test app workflows, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Integrate Flutterflow front-end components with the Supabase backend.
- Collaborate on the development and testing of Postgre
SQL tables, triggers, and flows to support app functionality. - Identify, document, and resolve bugs or issues during testing.
- Provide feedback on usability and suggest improvements to enhance overall app performance.
- Familiarity with Flutterflow or interest in learning no-code/low-code app development.
- Basic knowledge of databases (Postgre
SQL) and backend services (Supabase) is a plus, but not required. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and collaborate in a team environment.
Flexible; we welcome volunteers who can dedicate at least 2 hours per week but you are welcome to volunteer more if you desire to do so.
