CDL A Truck Drivers – Earn $113K/Year, Home Weekly – Rider & Pet Welcome (Full Time)

Class A drivers with at least one year of verifiable experience in the last three years are sought for a full‑time position that offers a guaranteed salary, extra pay per shipment, and comprehensive benefits. Drivers are paid an average of $113,000 per year and can expect to be home weekly.

• Deliveries are 100% touch; freight is preloaded and trailers are hook‑and‑go.
• Average weekly mileage is 900‑1200 miles with three loads.
• Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215 plus $300 for each fully unloaded trailer.
• Drivers average about $2,190 per week.

• Orientation is in Dayton and lasts about two days; transportation, lodging and meals are covered and drivers earn $85 per day for orientation.
• Training generally takes 3‑5 days and is paid at the daily rate. Training may be conducted with a trainer or by self‑directed truck operation.

• Candidates who have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test—regardless of the time elapsed—are not eligible for hire, even if they have completed SAP.

• Must reside in NY, CT, MD, MA, or RI (excluding New York City and Long Island).
• Must be 21 years old and have at least one full year of Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR).
• CDL must be issued in the driver’s state of residence.
• Cannot have more than three jobs in the past year or more than six jobs in the past three years.
• May have at most two DOT recordable accidents in the past three years, but none of the following: major traffic violation, preventable rear‑end, or rollover.
• Must not have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason.
• May have one of the following moving violations in a personal vehicle in the past three years (none in a commercial vehicle): 15+ points, reckless, following too closely, or texting/handheld device.
• No felonies in the past seven years (excluding sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the past three years.

Drivers can bring a rider and a pet to work after completing training. Truck parking is required to be secure.
