CDL A Truck Driver | Home Every Weekend | 68–70 CPM + Min Pay Guarantee + $3,500 Bonus

Hiring Area:
Bridgeport, CT 06601 (Boston, MA + surrounding areas)

Be home every Friday afternoon for a full 48-hour weekend reset while earning 68–70 CPM with a minimum pay guarantee and a $3,500 bonus at 1 year
-all on no-NYC Northeast regional lanes.

• Pay: 68–70 CPM + minimum pay guarantee (when all loads are accepted)
• Bonus: $3,500 after 1 year
• Home Time:
  Every weekend (home Friday afternoon)

Northeast Regional:
Lower Maine to Illinois (NO NYC)

No-touch freight:
Mostly dry van

Drop & hook majority; very limited live load/unload

Hazmat available: ~15% of freight (extra pay + endorsement reimbursement)

4 trailers assigned per driver to keep you moving (less waiting)

2019+ Freightliner Cascadia (fully loaded)

APU, inverter, fridge, TV, DirecTV, SiriusXM

EZ-Pass + trip pre-planning

Monthly truck washes + safety bonuses

Pet-friendly (no breed/weight restrictions)

Rider policy: ages 12+

Medical, dental, vision for driver & family (after 60 days)

401(k) through Fidelity with 50% match up to 6%

Paid holidays:
New Year's, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

Vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 3 years

Valid Class A CDL

1 year recent experience preferred

Must live in the hiring area (Boston, MA + surrounding)
