Position Overview

We Transport LLC — Student Van Driver (Part Time)

Bridgeport, CT

• Pay: $17.00 per hour
• Schedule: Part time, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only—no nights, weekends, or holidays

• Paid training — no experience required

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Assist students in entering/exiting the vehicle and using specialized safety equipment (belts, car seats, booster seats, etc.)
• Drive assigned routes
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state and local traffic laws and school district policies

• School Pupil Transport License (V Endorsement) (or willingness to obtain – we train)
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and 7‑day physical
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
