School Van Driver

WE Transport LLC School Van Driver (Part Time) We Transport | Bridgeport, CT

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule:

Part time, split shift (AM/PM) Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays

• Paid training — no experience required
• Attendance bonuses + referral bonus program
• Consistent hours, consistent pay

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• May include assisting students enter/exit vehicle and using specialized safety equipment (belts, car seats, booster seats, etc)
• Drive assigned routes
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

• School Pupil Transport License (V Endorsement) (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check , drug screening, & 7D physical
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
