We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join a growing company in the furniture, interior design, and home staging industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in staying organized, and thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. The Warehouse Associate will help receive, organize, move, and prepare furniture and décor items while supporting daily warehouse operations.

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming furniture, décor, and inventory shipments.
• Pick, stage, and prepare items for delivery and installation teams.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Move furniture and materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and warehouse organization.
• Assist with warehouse cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse leadership and team members regarding priorities and inventory needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

• 1–2+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, moving, or related experience preferred.
• Experience using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, or similar equipment is preferred. Willingness to learn is required.
• Ability to lift and move furniture and other heavy items safely throughout the workday.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and stay organized.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. or more with assistance when needed.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

We're looking for dependable team members who show up on time, communicate well, work safely, and are willing to learn. Experience in furniture handling, warehousing, logistics, moving services, or inventory management is a plus, but a strong attitude and reliability are equally important.

Schedule: Full-Time

Location: Bridgeport, CT

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
