Shipping and Receiving Specialist

We're looking for an organized, detail-driven Parts Coordinator to manage inventory flow for our CT Parts Department — from receiving and stocking to purchasing and record-keeping.

• Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders; flag shortages or damage
• Pick, stock, and distribute parts to the appropriate departments
• Purchase parts and coordinate returns/repairs with vendors and couriers
• Maintain accurate inventory records in Fleetio, including part numbers, vendor details, manufacturers, photos, and pricing contacts
• Build and organize parts storage — shelving, aisles, and bin locations for divisions like Hydro, Rumble, Training, and the Hose Room
• Load/unload trucks using a forklift
• Perform regular cycle counts

• High school diploma
• Project Management Certificate
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and critical thinking
• Comfort with data entry and inventory software (Fleetio experience a plus)
• Warehouse experience
• Split evenly between office and shop settings
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
