Lab Validation Analyst

Yoh Life Sciences is hiring for a Lab Validation Analyst in King Of Prussia, PA. This role will focus on reviewing, validating, and improving an existing Excel-based spreadsheet used to support Molecular and Cell Biology assays. The processes are already established; this is an execution-focused role with a defined scope and timeline.

Duration: 3-6 Month Contract with possible extension

Location:

ON-SITE - King of Prussia

Start: ASAP

Pay: $35 - $41 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, validate, and improve Excel spreadsheets used for molecular and cell biology assay data
• Ensure spreadsheet accuracy, traceability, and compliance in support of CAPA requirements
• Support documentation and validation activities related to process improvement efforts
• Collaborate with internal scientific and quality teams as needed to complete deliverables on schedule

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related scientific discipline
• 2-3 years of experience in molecular biology, cell biology, or analytical/lab-based roles
• Strong Excel skills, including experience with spreadsheet validation
• Experience working with assay data and scientific datasets
• Ability to work independently and meet defined timelines

Estimated Min Rate: $31.50

Estimated Max Rate: $45.00
