Live-In House Manager – Tranquil Ways Sober Living

Tranquil Ways Sober Living provides a safe, structured, and supportive environment for individuals in recovery. Our mission is to help residents strengthen their independence, accountability, and lasting recovery while building a community of respect and encouragement.

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Live-In House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Devon sober living home. The House Manager lives on-site and plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, supportive environment where residents can focus on their recovery and growth.

• Live on-site and serve as the primary point of contact for residents.
• Maintain a safe, sober, and structured living environment.
• Uphold and enforce house rules with fairness and consistency.
• Lead regular house meetings and foster a supportive community culture.
• Monitor resident compliance with curfews, chores, and program expectations.
• Conduct walk-throughs to ensure property cleanliness and safety.
• Support admissions and discharges in coordination with leadership.
• Address conflicts, emergencies, or crises promptly and calmly.
• Serve as a positive role model for recovery and accountability.

• Minimum 1–2 years of continuous sobriety required.

• Prior experience in sober living, peer support, or a recovery leadership role is a plus.

• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Reliable, organized, and able to set healthy boundaries.

• Valid driver's license preferred (to assist with resident transportation as needed).

• Commitment to fostering a positive, recovery-focused environment.

• Free housing included at the Bridgeport location and groceries expensed

$200 weekly stipend.

% of collected rent.

• 1,500 stipend after 6 months of completion
