Qualifications & Experience- Valid Educational Diagnostician certification (required)
- Experience conducting comprehensive educational assessments, preferably in intermediate or similar school settings
- Strong understanding of special education regulations and the ARD/IEP process
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload (approximately 90 students)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families
- Detail‑oriented with exceptional organizational skills to ensure timely and compliant documentation
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Conduct psycho‑educational evaluations to support student learning and eligibility determinations
- Interpret assessment data and provide clear, actionable reports to staff and families
- Participate actively in ARD/IEP meetings, collaborating on the development and review of student plans
- Serve as a resource to teachers and staff regarding learning differences, intervention strategies, and evidence‑based practices
- Maintain thorough and current records in accordance with district and state requirements
- Advocate for student needs, partnering with families and staff to support personalized educational experiences
