• Valid Educational Diagnostician certification
• Experience administering educational assessments and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding special education
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Experience working at the intermediate or elementary school level preferred

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine student eligibility for special education services
• Develop and interpret legally defensible assessment reports
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings, providing guidance on academic interventions and accommodations
• Consult and collaborate with educators, specialists, and parents on student progress and supports
• Maintain records in compliance with all regulations and guidelines
• Support a positive and inclusive school culture by advocating for students' unique needs
