JOB DETAILS
We are looking for leaders! More specifically Assistant Managers and Managers in Training. It's a tough job that requires judgment, math, and the ability to multitask. You'll be working for a company that is fun and flexible.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recognize, appreciate, and value the unique talents and contributions of all individuals.
- Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude to lead and motivate all Team Members while upholding all standards.
- Coach & monitor safety & security policies; ensure all equipment is working.
- Utilize training tools and on‑the‑job training to continually develop all Team Members.
- Adhere to and hold Team accountable to Lone Star Pizza, Domino’s, and state health code standards.
- Manage inventory, cash handling, customer service, sales projections, local store marketing, and scheduling for the Team.
- Successfully manage sales, inventory, and labor to achieve desired profits.
- Uphold all product, service and image standards daily.
- Work 40+ hours per week, including open and closing availability.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Restaurant experience preferred.
- Demonstrated friendly customer service.
- Ability to pass all background checks.
- Proficient in math and technology skills.
- Brand ambassador who upholds standards and produces a 45‑second large pepperoni pizza.
- Track record of training team members in product, service & image.
- Food safety‑certified as required by area.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 lb.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ALL STORE TEAM MEMBERS:
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
WORK CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Exposure to varying weather, temperature extremes (36 °F–90 °F+), fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, sharp edges.
- Manual tasks: standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lb deliveries), carrying (3–30 lb items), pushing/pulling trays.
- Climbing stairs or ladders to perform maintenance.
- Forward bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand coordination for dough shaping, pizza cutting, and equipment manipulation.
- Driving requirements: valid driver’s license, safe record, access to insured vehicle, delivery to customers.
