** What You'll Be Doing
*** Oversee daily operations of the rock quarry in Bridgeport, Texas to ensure efficiency and productivity.
* Achieve a production volume of 3.8 million tons per year while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
* Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
* Coordinate with various departments to optimize production and meet quality standards.
* Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials.
* Lead and develop a team to achieve operational goals and continuous improvement.

* Entrepreneurial thinking and business opportunity identification.
