** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
* Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and minor mobile equipment repairs on a rotational basis.
* Conduct pre-shift autonomous inspections and report findings.
* Monitor and maintain quarry water pumps and related systems.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Ability to operate and troubleshoot plant and mobile equipment safely and effectively.
* Familiarity with lubrication practices, basic mechanical repairs, and pump systems.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
* Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
* Capability to perform physical tasks and work in varying outdoor conditions.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** Physical Demands
*** Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
* Manual dexterity to operate tools, controls, and machinery.
* Visual and auditory ability to detect safety hazards and equipment malfunctions.
* Tolerance for working in dusty, noisy, and physically demanding environments.
* Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
