What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.

• Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and minor mobile equipment repairs on a rotational basis.

• Conduct pre-shift autonomous inspections and report findings.

• Monitor and maintain quarry water pumps and related systems.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

What Are We Looking For

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot plant and mobile equipment safely and effectively.

• Familiarity with lubrication practices, basic mechanical repairs, and pump systems.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

• Capability to perform physical tasks and work in varying outdoor conditions.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials up to 50 pounds for extended periods.

• Manual dexterity to operate tools, controls, and machinery.

• Visual and auditory ability to detect safety hazards and equipment malfunctions.

• Tolerance for working in dusty, noisy, and physically demanding environments.

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

• Starting Pay $23.68 per hour DOE
