Team Member - Bridgeport, TX

The Company's division specializes in the manufacture and distribution of dry ice and liquid carbon dioxide. Continental Carbonic maintains a reliable network of 40 dry ice distribution facilities located strategically throughout its service area. This integrated distribution network ensures that Continental Carbonic can quickly react to customers' needs.

We are looking for Team Members for our manufacturing plant in Bridgeport, TX. Our Team Members are responsible for providing support to achieve optimal levels of productivity, quality, and safety. This position is a 12 hour shift from either 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM, working every other weekend and scheduled holidays.

• Packing and wrapping ice to customer specifics
• Shoveling and packaging dry ice during the manufacturing process – labeling, strapping, and staging for loading
• Cleaning and sanitizing large industrial containers
• Safe forklift operation
• Moving between departments or positions/stations as directed by supervisor and leads

• Able to frequently & continually lift 30 lbs while twisting, reaching, and bending
• Able to stand for a 12‑hour shift in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
• Demonstrated ability to work on a team
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

• 1–3 years of experience (desired)
• Desired food safety experience
• Ability to speak up and do what is right, and to watch out for others and help instead of watching others work
• Ability to follow directions, to be on time, and to understand and follow safety practices

• Frequent or continual lifting of 30 lbs while twisting, reaching, and bending
